Originally from Denver, Colorado, I have always sought after adventure, combining a deep love for the outdoors with a relentless drive for innovative storytelling. I am currently a Senior pursuing my BFA in Musical Theatre at Point Park University.
Recently, I starred in the devised play, Love and Information by Caryl Churchill at the Pittsburgh Playhouse as Yellow who embodied the theme of power. I was also in the The Animal Kingdom by Ruby Thomas with Barebones Productions, a play awarded "Best of Pittsburgh Theatre" by On Stage Pittsburgh. Most recently, I was featured in the "I Will Be Me" Cabaret at the Greer Cabaret Theater, performing the music of acclaimed duo Kooman & Dimond.
"An electric presence with A-score dedication."

"Sam's teenage sister Sofia (Alexandra Casey) is mostly a bystander in the early going, but keep an eye on her. A common device in ensemble theater is to have a character who hovers in the background at first and later erupts dramatically, shifting the narrative. Sofia provides that detonation in The Animal Kingdom."
Full Review — Entertainment Central Pittsburgh"Casey brings equal nuance and sensitivity to Sofia, the only member of the family who has the courage to be honest with Sam, and the scene in which she calls him out for the selfishness of his suicide attempt is downright electric, both because of Casey’s pitch-perfect crafting of the monologue, and because of Taylor’s reaction."
Full Review — The Pittsburgh Tatler"Casey gets fewer moments than her castmates, but when she does it's in an explosive revelation. It is heartfelt, touching and beautiful."
Full Review — 'Burgh Vivant"Last and seemingly least in this family unit is reliable Sophia—another stunning newcomer, Point Park University’s Alexandra Casey. Overlooked in the wake of her 'golden boy' brother... it is Sophia who finally calls him out."
Full Review — onStage Pittsburgh"Greyson and Casey (Sam and Sofia) are undergraduates—at Carnegie Mellon and Point Park, respectively— yet they’re utterly convincing, too. The acting scores an A."

"Don't count your chickens in front of Mustard (Benjamin Kucharski) and Yellow (Lexi Casey). The two are hilarious in 'Lab.'"
Full Review — 'Burgh Vivant"This ensemble of actors is exceptional. Each performer gets to play a variety of emotions; each had a moment to shine."
